Brain Storming:
2026-03-27-FRI-04:51-CST – GROKIPEDIA CHECK LIST – I was just browsing some of my txt notes and came across this one (0_-_GROKIPEDIA_TOPICS_001_CHECKLIST), and it appears to be a full list of over 19K topics I’ve collected from Grokipedia.com. Question to myself: Was I using this for some content curation project, or did I just leave it left open in Notepad for no reason?
Exportify:
2026-03-27-FRI-23:10-CST – DISCOVERED EXPORTIFY – Tonight I was interested to find out if there was a way to export a list of song tracks in a Spotify playlist. I searched Google for how to get a text list of songs in a spotify playlist. After checking out a few links in the search results, I decided to try out Exportify.net. Exportify allows you to export a playlist to a csv file. The csv file will contain information such as Artist Names, Track Name, Album Name, Release Date, Genre, and even record labels, plus a lot of other information. Once you have a csv file, you can move the columns of information around in the order you want, then highlight the columns of information you want in your text list, then copy and paste into a text editor such as Windows Notepad. From there you can do any additional editing to your list as needed. I’m really happy to find Exportify, and I will be looking for large playlists on Spotify so that I can create music lists for the Surf Man Website Directory.

2026-04-17-FRI-18:12-CST – SHE ACTUALLY GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED – Apartment rental companies love to collect your rent, but they don’t like to fix their broke property much. I am in shock. My apartment manager finally got off her ass and got something fixed. When I moved into my new apartment unit recently, I discovered that 2 out of 3 electric outlets over the counter in the kitchen were not working. Based on the excessively high rate of rent these days, this was not acceptable to me, especially considering that is an issue that should have been fixed from the get-go during the time that they stopped working when prior tenants were renting the unit. My apartment has a really nice kitchen considering how old the buildings are, and I want to be able to use my kitchen to it’s full potential. I want to be able to set out my appliances and have space to plug them in when I’m ready to prepare whatever type of food I want to eat. You know, simple things you would expect to be able to do in your kitchen. I sent the apartment manager a email and explained all of this to her, and to my surprise she sent someone in who replaced the receptacles. So now I can start functioning like a modern home keeper in my kitchen. Yay! I have ordered a George Foreman grill so I can make hamburgers now that I have more places to plug it in.
2026-04-17-FRI-18:05-CST – ABOUT PERPLEXITY AI – The more I use Perplexity, the more I appreciate how it will “set you straight” when you’re asking off the wall questions like you think you know the outcome and it perceives you’re not as smart as you think you are. “But to answer the question the way you phrased it.”
2026-03-26-SUN-23:46-CST – LOTS OF SHOPPING CURRENTLY – I really don’t want to (yes I do lol – but no I don’t – whatever), but I have a lot of shopping going on currently. As I’m sure I mentioned somewhere, I recently moved, and there are things I both need and want. I have ideas for how I want my apartment to look over the course of the new lease I’m about to sign, and therefore I need to buy some things. I recently bought a new round area rug for my round dining table and chairs in the kitchen, a wreath and doormat for the front door, and I’ve started having some groceries delivered. Yesterday I ordered a new 18 foot runner rug for the hallway. Today I ordered two tablecloths for my kitchen table, and two clippers and trimmer sets. I’ve been shaving with a dog hair trimmer lol. Don’t judge me. It works.
Music Collection CD:
2026-03-14-SAT-19:39-CST – I NEED NEW CDS – Ok I don’t really need new cds, but I want some. Tonight I got on a Greatest Hits CD binge. I want to start collecting Greatest Hits cds from favorite music artists that I don’t currently own. I went to Amazon and browsed around a bit. I’ve got 3 I’m looking at to order soon maybe. These selections are (don’t judge me lol – I don’t care if you do anyway) Jo Dee Messina Greatest Hits, Michael Jackson Number Ones, and Culture Club Greatest Hits. What got me into wanting to collect these greatest hits cds is that Jo Dee Messina has a new song out called Some Bridges, and I really love the song. I am making it my theme song for 2026. I think it sends a very powerful message that sometimes it’s ok to burn bridges. I also love her older music, and so I thought I would go on Amazon to see if she had a greatest hits cd, and I saw that she did. Then I started browsing around for other greatest hits cds, and you know how things go from there. I’m going to try and use my brain though before I go spending bundles of cash on these. I have a premium Spotify account. So I’m going to listen to whatever cd I’m considering to buy on Spotify first to make sure I want it. Also I’m aiming at only buying cds that come with the free AutoRip MP3 files that Amazon offers with select albums.

2026-03-28-SAT-22:17-CST – GIANT LIST OF MUSIC GENRES THAT DEFINE MY MUSIC INTERESTS – Here is a crazy huge list of music genres that define my overall interest in listening to music. If someone had told me at any point in my life that I would some day compile a huge list of all the different music genres I could gather that define my music interests, I probably wouldn’t believe them. I also don’t think I would ever fathom that so many music genres exist as are listed. Here we have it though, the list of music genres that all in some way have some influence in the music I like to listen to since childhood. There are many genres I’ve never heard of before gathering this list, and I couldn’t tell you about the origins or inventions of them, but I know from gathering these listings that they all represent sounds heard in the songs I love to listen to. So I guess you can say that I have a very eclectic taste in music. These music genres were pulled from my list of Liked Tracks on Spotify using Exportify, and edited in Windows Notepad, and put in alphabetical order using Text Fixer.
